1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the 3lala online gaming services provided by the Operator. By opening an account or placing a wager on the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

Definitions used in these Terms have the following meanings. Wager means a binding agreement where you risk funds on the outcome of a game. Outcome means the final result produced by a game in accordance with its rules and any applicable software. Player means a natural person who creates an account and uses the Services. Account means your unique online profile enabling access to the Services. Bonus means promotional funds or credits subject to wagering requirements. Language and interpretation. This Agreement is drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency with any translation, the English version controls. Changes to these Terms. 2. Eligibility and Registration

• Age and legal capacity. You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to register and participate in gaming activities.
• Account registration. You must provide accurate personal information during registration, including your full name and valid contact details.
• One account per person. Each Player may hold only one account. The Operator may suspend or close additional accounts.
• Identity verification. The Operator may request documents to verify identity, age and residence. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension.
• Excluded territories. The Operator reserves the right to restrict access or participation based on the Player's location or residing jurisdiction. The Operator may suspend or close accounts of residents from restricted territories or where local law prohibits operation of the Services.

3. Account Management and Conduct

• Operator rights. The Operator may at its sole discretion decline to open or close accounts, refuse deposits, request verification, or transfer data to affiliated entities as required by law or internal policy.
• Fund handling. The Operator will hold Player funds in a secure client account and shall not mix such funds with company funds. Funds are not interest bearing and do not constitute a deposit with a bank or financial institution.
• Account transparency. The Player must keep their account details up to date and inform the Operator of any change to personal information. The Player must not use another person's account or share access credentials.
• Account integrity. The Operator may suspend or close an account suspected of fraud, collusion, cheating, or violation of these Terms. The Operator may forfeit funds as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.

4. Gaming and Wagering

• Game rules. All games are governed by their published rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules before playing.
• Wager acceptance. A wager is final and cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed on the Site.
• Wager types. Wagers may be single or multi bet types as described in the game rules.
• Bonuses and wagering. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Wagering may apply to both bonus funds and deposited funds. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements and some games may be excluded from bonus progress.
• Bonus restrictions and abuse. The Operator may cancel a bonus and related winnings if a promotion is abused or if activity breaches these Terms. Examples of abuse include using multiple accounts to circumvent limits, intending to manipulate results, or using unauthorized software.
• Promotional limits. Only one deposit promotion can be active at a time. Bonuses expire on the date shown in the promotion terms.
• Deposit wagering. Wagering requirements may apply to deposited funds as part of a promotion or anti fraud controls. The standard range is between 1x and 5x depending on the offer and account history.
• Withdrawal implications. Winnings derived from bonus activity remain restricted until wagering requirements are satisfied. The Operator may set a minimum wagering threshold before a withdrawal request is processed.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

• Deposits. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Player name. Deposits are typically credited immediately, subject to the provider's processing times.
• Withdrawals. Withdrawals are subject to verification and must comply with wagering requirements where applicable. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the stated processing times for the chosen method and may incur fees.
• Chargebacks and reversals. Reversals or chargebacks may result in account suspension or other remedial actions as permitted by law and these Terms.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Player responsibility. Gaming on the Site is for entertainment purposes. Players should manage their wagering within personal limits.
• Self exclusion and limits. Players may set deposit, wager or time limits and may opt for self exclusion in accordance with the Site's tools and policies.
• Assistance. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, seek help from licensed professionals or use the resources provided on the Site for responsible gaming.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership. All Site content and software are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• License for use. Players are granted a non transferable, personal license to use the Site for its intended purpose. No ownership rights pass to the Player.
• Restrictions. Players may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Site content or software, nor transfer the license to third parties.

8. Data Protection, Privacy and Security

• Personal data. The Operator processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Player consents to collection and processing where necessary to provide the Services.
• Security measures. The Operator maintains appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
• Data retention. Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

9. Cookies

The Site uses cookies for functional and analytic purposes. Players may adjust their browser settings to manage cookie preferences. Continued use of the Site constitutes consent to cookie usage where allowed by law.

10. Complaints, Disputes and Governing Law

Complaints. Players may submit complaints to the Operator through designated contact channels. The Operator will acknowledge and respond within a reasonable time frame and in accordance with its internal procedures.

Disputes. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by the governing law and the competent courts described below. The Operator reserves the right to resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution if available.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms and the Services.
