During the self-exclusion period, you are prohibited from accessing any 3lala account registered to you, placing bets, or making deposits. Promotional communications and targeted marketing related to 3lala are blocked during the exclusion. You may not remove or circumvent the self-exclusion prior to the end of the chosen period without explicit authorization from our support team.
If you have funds awaiting withdrawal or a withdrawal request at the time you initiate self-exclusion, you should complete the withdrawal before the exclusion becomes active. Once exclusion is active, you may not request new withdrawals through 3lala unless explicitly advised otherwise by our policy. If you require access to funds during the exclusion, contact Customer Support to determine permissible arrangements in line with our applicable policies.
After the initial exclusion period ends, you may request reinstatement of access. Reactivation is subject to identity verification and compliance checks. You may also request an additional exclusion period for one or more further terms, subject to approval by 3lala.
Self-exclusion on 3lala does not automatically apply to other operators. If you hold accounts with other operators, you may choose to request self-exclusion with those operators as a separate measure, in line with their respective policies and processes.
