1. General Provisions
These Rules govern all bets placed on the 3lala Sportsbook. By placing a bet you confirm you meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements and that you understand and accept these Rules. The Rules apply to all markets unless a sport‑specific rule states otherwise.
-
1.1 Eligibility and data integrity: You must be of legal age to place bets in your jurisdiction and provide accurate registration information. You acknowledge the risk of loss and waive claims relating to ordinary losses.
-
1.2 Changes to Rules: 3lala may amend these Rules or related procedures. New Rules apply to bets placed after the publish date; existing bets remain subject to the Rules in force at the time of their acceptance unless otherwise required by law.
-
1.3 Verification and due diligence: 3lala may conduct identity, payment‑method and source‑of‑fund verifications. Verification may be required before withdrawals or during activity; reasonable time limits apply (documents may be verified within a period not exceeding 30 days for documents and up to 180 days for bet records).
-
1.4 Funds provenance: The operator may request information and documents confirming the source of funds used for betting and deposits.
-
1.5 Fraud prevention and account integrity: 3lala may suspend or close accounts and withhold winnings where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, or other integrity concerns. Access may be restricted pending investigations with relevant authorities.
-
1.6 Information accuracy and reliance: 3lala relies on official results and recognised data sources for settlement. Errors in event data or pricing are not grounds for blanket cancellation; the operator may void or resettle affected bets as appropriate.
-
1.7 Settlement on official results: Settlement is based on official results where available. If an official result is not published, 3lala may settle using common data sources at its discretion.
-
1.8 Immutability of placed bets: Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the bettor except in accordance with cashout or 3lala's resettlement rights.
-
1.9 Incorrect settlements: Bets settle correctly when fees or payouts are accurate; if a bet is determined to have been settled incorrectly, 3lala may resettle within 48 hours and reclaim any incorrect payouts.
-
1.10 Market scope: All markets reference regular time unless a market specification states otherwise.
-
1.11 Event integrity and format: If a match is abandoned or not played to the standard format or is otherwise disrupted, 3lala reserves the right to void affected bets.
-
1.12 Team or participant naming: If event names or home/away designations are displayed incorrectly or reversed, bets may be voided.
-
1.13 Postponements and replacements: If an event is postponed or rescheduled and no official winner is declared within the applicable window (typically 48 hours), bets may be void or settled as per official guidance; changes in participants may void open bets.
-
1.14 Coverage interruptions: If live coverage is interrupted and cannot be verified, bets may be settled on the official result once available; markets lacking verifiable data may be voided.
-
1.15 Pricing and market integrity: If a price is offered with a significant error, 3lala may void the price or resettle to the correct price. 3lala also reserves the right to reclaim incorrect payouts.
-
1.16 Outright markets: Outright bets apply to all listed selections; non‑participating selections are treated as losses unless the market otherwise specifies.
-
1.17 Dead heats: In the event of a dead heat, stakes are divided proportionally among the tied selections and recalculated at the new stake; any remainder is treated as a loss.
-
1.18 Onsite information: Scoreboards, statistics and streams are provided as a guide and may be delayed. Settlement is not based on onsite data.
-
1.19 Odds format: All settlements are in decimal odds regardless of the display format chosen by the bettor.
-
1.20 Finality and discretionary decisions: 3lala reserves the right to make decisions on bets not expressly covered by these Rules on a case‑by‑case basis in accordance with fairness and applicable law.
-
1.21 Language: The English version of these Rules governs; other language versions are for convenience and shall not prevail over the English text.
2. Bets and Settlement
Bets are accepted on the line published on the date of betting. Bets may be placed pre‑match or live, and acceptance creates a binding wager. Bets cannot be canceled once confirmed except where expressly provided by cashout or resettlement provisions.
-
2.1 Bet placement and confirmation: A bet becomes valid when the system displays a visible confirmation such as “Bet accepted.” If such confirmation does not appear, bet history should be checked or support consulted.
-
2.2 Odds changes and acceptance: If odds change after you select a bet but before you confirm, you will be prompted to accept the revised odds. You may enable an option to auto‑accept changed odds to proceed immediately.
-
2.3 Live vs pre‑match: Live bets are accepted on events in progress; pre‑match bets are accepted before the event starts. Live bets settle on data from the event as it unfolds; if a result is not clearly established, reasonable data sources will be used where permitted by these Rules.
-
2.4 Settlement and disputes: Settlement is based on official results where available. If no official result is published, 3lala may settle using recognised data sources. Bets based on incorrect information may be voided; settlements are calculated in decimal odds.
-
2.5 Dead heat and adjustments: In case of a dead heat, the stake is divided among the tied selections; any remaining stake is treated as a loss. Other markets follow official outcomes.
-
2.6 Price errors and adjustments: If a market price is significantly erroneous, 3lala may void the affected bet or resettle at the correct price. Any resulting overpayments may be reclaimed.
3. Live Betting and In‑Play
Live or in‑play betting is conducted using real‑time data. Odds are dynamic and may move throughout the event. Bets on outcomes that are not determined at the time of bet placement may be void if the event is invalid or data is unavailable; bets on participants not involved in the event may be void in live mode. Claims on live bets should be made within 24 hours of the event start. If a match is interrupted or not completed within 48 hours, bets placed and settled up to the interruption are not generally recalculated unless an official result is subsequently declared.
-
3.1 Live odds: Real‑time odds reflect the live progression of the event and may change rapidly.
-
3.2 Live results: Settlements in live markets rely on official statistics and recognized data feeds; if data is ambiguous, 3lala may defer settlement until clarification.
-
3.3 Anomalies: If an event is postponed, resumed later, or ends early, 3lala applies the official final result or, where permitted, a fair interim result as per these Rules.
4. Markets, Bets and Market Types
3lala supports several market structures and wagering types. Each type has defined rules for winning conditions, refunds and partial wins as described below. The operator’s terms define exact market construction for each event, and all bets are subject to these Rules.
-
4.1 Single bets: A single selection must win to yield the stated payout.
-
4.2 Express bets: An Express (accumulator) comprises two or more selections from different events. All selections must win for the Express to be a winner; otherwise the Express loses.
-
4.3 System bets: System bets form multiple Expresses according to a chosen structure (for example two from three, etc.). Winnings are calculated by aggregating the outcomes of Expresses that succeed; a single failed outcome may reduce the total winnings. The overall stake is the sum of the component bets.
-
4.4 Other markets and outright bets: Outright bets and niche markets settle on final official outcomes. If a participant is declared winner or loser by official authority, settlements follow that ruling.
5. Cashout, Limits and Payments
3lala applies minimum and maximum betting limits per event or market. The minimum bet on all events is 0.50 USD. Maximum bets are determined per event and market and may change without prior notice. 3lala may impose restrictions on specific bettors or bets or suspend bets in limited circumstances to protect integrity or comply with applicable law.
-
5.1 Cashout: Cashout allows early settlement of eligible bets (primarily singles and some combo bets). The option may be unavailable for certain markets or events due to technical or regulatory reasons. Cashout is automated and may change as the event progresses. Cashout, when used, is final and may be cancelled if misapplied or in cases of technical error.
-
5.2 Withdrawals and deposits: Withdrawals are subject to verification checks and fund provenance requirements. Pending verification may delay withdrawals.
-
5.3 Currency and settlement: All monetary calculations and settlements are conducted in decimal terms unless stated otherwise.
6. Compliance, Security and Disputes
3lala maintains robust compliance and security measures. Bettors must not engage in multi‑accounting, collusion or use prohibited tools. 3lala may request documentation to verify identity, ownership of payment methods and residence. Any breach may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of winnings. In the event of a dispute, 3lala will make a final determination based on these Rules and applicable law. All decisions and interpretations are made by 3lala and shall be binding.
-
6.1 Anti‑fraud and account integrity: Prohibited activities include using someone else’s account, sharing credentials, using automated decision tools or scripts. 3lala may block or limit access pending investigation.
-
6.2 Data and disclosures: Information on the site is intended for informational purposes only; 3lala does not guarantee data accuracy beyond official results. If discrepancies arise, the official source governs settlement decisions.
-
6.3 Language and governing text: The English version of these Rules governs; other language versions are provided for convenience.
7. Disputes and Final Provisions
All claims relating to results, settlements or bet calculations must be raised within a reasonable period after the relevant event. Where a dispute arises that is not expressly covered by these Rules, 3lala will resolve it in a fair and consistent manner, taking into account the governing official results and data. The English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency with translations.
